For shipping within the contiguous United States, FedEx is our primary carrier.
Shipping charges and times vary by shipment type, package size, and weight.
Refer to the FedEx Ground map for estimated delivery times for
economy delivery.
Expedited shipping options are available during checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates, and Restaurantware is not responsible for delays in FedEx Ground shipments, including those
due to inclement weather or other factors outside FedEx's control.
Warehouse Pickups
Orders can be picked up at our Chicago warehouse. Representatives will receive a shipping confirmation when the order
is ready for pickup.
Our warehouse is open from 9 am to 5 pm CST, and the address is:

Please bring your order number to ensure a quick pickup process.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please send an email to our
customer service team within 3 business days of delivery.
Claims must include the order number and photos showing proof of damage.
To report a lost or stolen order, contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date.
We will file a claim with the carrier to attempt to locate your package.
If the carrier cannot validate the claim, Restaurantware cannot be held responsible for missing packages.
Restaurantware is also not liable for any events post-delivery, including theft.

Return Policy
All return requests need be submitted to be sent via email to service@restaurantware.com. There is a 20% restocking fee on all product returns. Shipping charges cannot be refunded by Restaurantware; all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. No refund will be issued for weather-related delays. As such, Restaurantware is not responsible for loss or damage of items approved for return; please ship all returns via insured shipment methods to avoid loss or damage. We suggest shipping returns via FedEx or UPS so that the package can be tracked. USPS boxes have been lost in the past. Please ship all returns to the following address:
